  2. Most of my batch members are facing same issue of unable to complete certification. Please help us.

    We need urgent support on this. Please help us. Most of our people enroll in virtual internship from IBM AI. most of them are facing this issue. Either they are unable to reattempt the quiz or they quiz answer are showing submitted but progress is not showing 100%. Kindly correct this as soon as possible. Otherwise I'm afraid this will lead to contraction of your customers. Thank you

  3. Getting issue in getting certificate

    I have already submitted my quiz successfully but only getting 50% of completion. Kindly solve my issue ASAP. When our Grade weightage is 100% I have submitted all questions correctly why I got 50% out of 100%. & It's showing need 70% to unlock. You are unable to unlock the certificate.

  19. Suggestions for Enhancing the IBM Learning Portal for Admins

    1 - Track completions of all students individually in the reports tab of the admin page instead of only seeing the numbers on the graph. It would be helpful to see each student's individual progress instead on the same graph.

    2 - CSV downloads of User Information on the Dashboard tab do not always work, they work sometimes work on both Windows and Mac machines, however, there seems to be an inconsistency.

    3 - In the User Information on the Dashboard, it would be useful to have control over deleting duplicate user accounts. The View Query </> button under User…
