En el módulo 5 no se contabilizaron mis respuestas positivas, y afectó mi calificación. Esto se arreglará?

All the answers I'm giving are correct but on the progress bar. The marks are low. Even after giving all 30 answers correct I still got scores for only 14. in my final graded assessment i have answered 13/15 but in the end of the progress it shows only 7/15. Please Check the issue and correct them.

When completing different sections even tests, it does not allow me to click on the upper part of the screen where I normally check my completion, therefore it is not counting on my progress.

I passed the course https://apps.echostar.ai.skillsnetwork.site/learning/course/course-v1:IBMSkillsNetwork+CS201+2024/progress final exam. I passed the final exam 7 out of 7 on the first try. However, in progress, I can see two out of seven. The course is not completed, and I can't receive the certificate

I'm not getting point even if I answer the question correctly. All of my assessment answers are graded 1/1 but it is not updated in the progress report.
