My answers all are correct but still the progress is not updating I didn't get the certificate pls help me my score is 65 percentage I done all the correct answer

When completing different sections even tests, it does not allow me to click on the upper part of the screen where I normally check my completion, therefore it is not counting on my progress.

I completed all review questions in Module-4 and they are correct also. But it is showing tick mark as completed. So that my whole module-4 is showing as not completed.
