i Seem to have a similar issue arising that whatever i have completed isnt shown on the progress tab

I completed the Cognos course and did not get the grade for the final exam

As whole I completed but not showing as completed even when I refresh also

I’ve completed all content in Module 2 – Python Data Structures, including the review questions.
But the green checkmark is missing and the score isn’t updated in the Progress tab.

I have answered all the review question , all are showing their grades also but in question set 1 i have 2 correct answer out of three, but it not showing me my grades

There is an issue in the scoring system, even if I score all correct in one go, still it shows less marks
