Completed 4 courses... Progress 100% with over 85% pass rate but not certification option

Why

I have completed Course code: CLPCC202501with 80% pasing grade but after submitting finish there is no option to view or request or download certificate. Pls help.

I have completed course and submit screenshots still there is no response as more then 5 days have been passed please response as soon as possible

I get maximum scores in my quiz but it's not get added . What can do know ? and u not responding
