Request Certificate option is not working

I completed the course with more than passing grades, but I still can't acquire the certificate since the request certificate option isn't functioning.

    I just completed Course Of How to Build Watson AI and Swift APIs and Make Money But It Cant opyion to Gain CERTIFICATION It Gives Output That Cannot Find Certificate

    " Request Certificate " Button is not being mentioned after the completion of the course as per the guideline provided at the end of the course certification module.
