  1. Getting issue in getting certificate

    I have already submitted my quiz successfully but only getting 50% of completion. Kindly solve my issue ASAP. When our Grade weightage is 100% I have submitted all questions correctly why I got 50% out of 100%. & It's showing need 70% to unlock. You are unable to unlock the certificate.

  18. Suggestions for Enhancing the IBM Learning Portal for Admins

    1 - Track completions of all students individually in the reports tab of the admin page instead of only seeing the numbers on the graph. It would be helpful to see each student's individual progress instead on the same graph.

    2 - CSV downloads of User Information on the Dashboard tab do not always work, they work sometimes work on both Windows and Mac machines, however, there seems to be an inconsistency.

    3 - In the User Information on the Dashboard, it would be useful to have control over deleting duplicate user accounts. The View Query </> button under User…

  20. How to access admin portal

    Hi everyone.

    I'm trying the Open edx distribution from IBM.

    I can access my LMS on https://2tklrynf.openedx.site/
    When I log in with my superuser credentials, I can access the LMS Administration appending /admin in the URL (https://2tklrynf.openedx.site/admin/).

    To access my CMS, I use https://studio-2tklrynf.openedx.site/.
    Like in the LMS, when I log in with my superuser credentials, I can access the Studio Administration appending /admin in the URL (https://studio-2tklrynf.openedx.site/admin/).

    But I can't find the admin pages showed on portal features articles.
    Even trying accessing the full URL like (https://2tklrynf.openedx.site/admin/header/edit), I get a page not…
